Enroll your child
Feel free to stop by the school for a tour. The best way to chose a daycare center for your child is to see it for yourself. If you would like to make an appointment to visit the school call 703-765-8811.
Once you have decided that A Child's Place is the school for you, you will need to fill out a registration form. You can download a copy of our registration form to print out and bring to the school.

To complete the registration process you will need:
- The registration form, completed and signed by a parent.
- A completed Emergency Medical Form, available in the office
- A Virginia Physical Form
- The original birth certificate for your child
- Payment of registration fee, activity fee, and sleeping mat.
- An extra set of clothes (pants, shirt, socks, underwear) for use in the event of toilet accidents, milk spills, etc.
- Diapers and/or training pants when appropriate.
- Be sure to clearly label all items with your child's name.
- Copy of custody agreements, if one parent has custody.
